Aspenify is tackling this by working with HPE Greenlake. Aspenify is an extremely versatile collaboration and project management tool and knowledge repository. It quite simply provides a central point of contact, communication, and more importantly control for a wide range of projects and processes. To do this they have developed an ‘iPlaybook’.
The iplaybook is uniquely positioned to solve HPE’s problem. They help build and maintain all 1200+ best practices and provide additional content and resources to the customer success agents globally. By combining Aspenify’s Interactive Playbook Designer and inbuilt Enterprise Content Management capabilities, Aspenify can be readily used to create a new iplaybook for each service and configured to include all documents, scripts, content, and tools that are required for each interaction. By using the drag and drop features of the designer, iplaybooks can be easily created, modified, maintained, and then adapted to different teams around the world. They can even use file export ability combined with API’s to link the information stored within iPlaybooks to third party tools for implementation across the organization.
