Our inaugural Stakeholderz Summit, held on October 14th at South Place Hotel in London, gathered industry leaders, investors, and visionaries to explore how sustainability, technology, and innovation are shaping the future of investment.

  • Inspiring Presentations: The day kicked off with powerful insights into sustainability challenges from Claudia Amos of Ceres Waste Renewables & Environment, who shared her extensive knowledge on circular materials and energy transition. In the latter half, Henry Whorwood of Beauhurst captivated the room with his deep dive into the global funding landscape, painting a clear picture of emerging trends.
  • New Research Launch: We introduced our latest research, “Investing in Sustainability, Technology, and Innovation – A Net Zero Perspective,” in partnership with Edison Group. It explores how investments in sustainability and new technologies are shaping the future. View the full report here.
  • Dynamic Panel Discussions: Our afternoon featured two high-energy panel discussions:
    • Panel 1: Investor Perspectives on Sustainability & Impact. Moderated by Hannah Scott (Oxfordshire Greentech), the session featured thought leaders like Roderick Beer (UKBAA), Matt Jellicoe (OnePlanetCapital), Desmond Cheung (Foresight Group), Gina Parker (Panthera Private Family Office), and James Faulkner (Vala Group). They shared their experiences in balancing risk, reward, and innovation in sustainable investing.
    • Panel 2: Scaling for Success, Impact, and Exit, moderated by Julie Blane of The Table, featured Alex Smith (The Sustainability Group), Steve Henney (Aquis Stock Exchange), Ben Reid (Terrafend), Veronika Oswald (JP Jenkins), and Nick Walker (Peel Hunt). This insightful discussion shed light on what it takes to scale impact-driven ventures successfully.
  • Lively Networking: The event wrapped up with a vibrant networking session, where attendees connected, exchanged ideas, and laid the groundwork for future collaborations. It was an inspiring atmosphere of shared ambition and commitment to making a real difference.
