Luke specialises in enabling executive leadership performance to successfully drive shareholder value maximizing internal and where necessary, external talent, often with an international remit.  His focus is always to align solutions directly with client strategic goals, strategy and culture. Luke draws on 20 years’ experience of developing leadership with some of the top global brands as well as with equity backed tech start-up businesses often where new rules are being invented.

Zael is a freelance procurement consultant with an impeccable track record of success in delivering comprehensive advice and guidance across a variety of high-value and complex global engagements. Zael is passionate about deploying technology solutions to enhance business processes, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth. With his continuous improvement mindset, he continually tracks and monitors the operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement, expansion and development.

Penny Power OBE
Penny Power OBE is a British author and speaker. In 1998, she founded Ecademy with her husband Thomas Power and CEO Glenn Watkins with the aim of helping business people achieve success through online tools, community and friendship. Penny was awarded an OBE in 2014 for services to entrepreneurship in social and digital development and has published three books on business: ‘Know Me, Like Me, Follow Me,’ ‘A Friend in Every City: One Global Family,’ and her latest book ‘Business is Personal’ was published in January 2019.

Bill Anthony
Bill has been funding and advising SMEs for more than 20 years, firstly in banking at HSBC, before joining 3i in the 90s as an investor, eventually leading the £1Bn Minority Portfolio team through its 10 year realisation programme. Since 2013 he has been working with business owners on Strategy, fundraising and exits. His current Board positions include technology businesses and financial services.

Peter Callaghan
Peter provides business mentoring advice and is willing to invest in appropriate situations. His industry knowledge includes contracting, defence, technology, metal processing, logistics, manufacturing and software. He has been an active member of the Cambridge Capital Group since 2005. Since 1985 he has invested in 19 businesses with 12 still active. Australian born and resident in the UK since 1992, he has a well-developed international network covering more than forty countries.

Andy Shannon
Andy is an early stage investor and advisor. He is currently a Partner and the Global Head of Startupbootcamp. In 5 years he grew the organization to 22 international offices and 700 portfolio companies. Andy previously managed a family office, where as CEO he led the exit of portfolio company ExpenseMagic. Andy was a Fellow at VC Seedcamp, and the head of sales, product, and marketing at a number of startups.

Philip Jarvis
Philip has substantial executive leadership experience with over 30 years in industry. He has a deep understanding of high growth businesses and has a track record of building high performing teams, sales growth, operational structure and accurate forecasting & financial management. His key impact areas are strategy, structure, marketing/sales and operations. Philip works well with founders and investors; is a great fundraiser, and is well connected with VCs/CVCs and PE houses.
