Alan Matthews
Alan has spent 20+ years in investment banking, in equity research, raising funds for over 100 companies in public & private markets. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with PWC, London.
Prior to becoming a Director of Stakeholderz, Alan was a founding director on Anthesis Group in 2013, now a leading global sustainability consultancy. As CFO, Alan oversaw 14 acquisitions in the sustainability space, as well as organising equity and debt funding for the group – which now has 1500 consultants globally.

Salvatore D’Urso
Salvatore (AKA Sal) is an experienced Finance Director and Business Partner, he is a Chartered Accountant, and has got 16+ years of experience working in Senior Finance roles with Blue-chip organisations, supporting the Management Teams on business strategy and financial management.
In the past 5 years he has helped SMEs to drive business growth wearing the hat of Fractional CFO.
He is an angel investor and has led various fundraises supporting venture builders achieving their funding objectives.

Robert Timms
Robert’s background is in business growth and advisory. Following stints in the publishing and localisation sectors, in 2008 he co-founded translate plus, a world-leading provider of language services and technology, which was acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2017 after a decade of uninterrupted growth.
He is an angel investor and a board advisor to a number of startups. He also supports the Prince’s Trust as a business mentor, and serves on the board and investment committee of Oxfam’s Enterprise Programme.
Dermot Hill
Client Partner
Strong track record in making senior, board level appointments that create significant commercial impact and drive shareholder value. His background includes extensive experience in launching, building and transitioning entrepreneurial organisations, and this has given Dermot a rare depth of insight into the unique challenges faced by high growth businesses.
Florence Seabright
Commercial Lead
Florence is Commercial Lead at Stakeholderz, leading on deal-flow, fundraising, and commercial development. Previously, she has been the founder and director of two SMEs based in the UK, in the Health & Wellness and Property Development industries. In 2023, she successfully exited the business she started at university and joined the Stakeholderz team to draw on her entrepreneurial and operational experience in the venture space.
Giordano Mottola
Corporate Finance Lead
As Stakeholderz’s Corporate Finance Lead, Giordano guides ventures through end-to-end capital raising transactions. Before joining Stakeholderz he served as an M&A Senior Analyst, leveraging robust financial and commercial analysis skills to drive deal execution in the Sustainability and Technology sectors. His earlier role as a Financial Analyst in a Tech startup, specializing in financial crime compliance technology, culminated in a successful PE-backed acquisition.
Giulia Marri
Business Analyst
Giulia has over 6 years of work experience in London, where she managed portfolios of hotel accommodations, advising on price and revenue management strategies to maximise the revenue of these businesses through the platforms she was representing. She is undertaking a 2-year MBA program at the IESE Business School, focusing on sustainability and entrepreneurship.
Angela Uhlig
Senior Marketing Manager
A versatile and highly skilled Manager with over 20 years of International experience in multiple industries & organisations, with a key focus on marketing, customer service, business development, strategic partnership management and commercial negotiations. Angela is well versed in establishing sound relationships with key stakeholders and is particularly interested in sustainability, innovation and is a passionate advocate for eco-tourism from her upbringing in Australia. Angela joins the team at Stakeholderz to enhance and develop opportunities for Investors and the entrepreneurial community.

Has experience in several sectors, including the pharmaceutical industry. Renita is responsible for marketing, social media communications, newsletter production for ventures and to our investors.

Malavika, a master’s graduate with a distinction in Management. She brings over four years of international experience, in diverse roles across different industries. Malavika has contributed her expertise to the fields of education technology, focusing on business development, and later to fintech specialising in project coordination.
